9th Grade
Convocation
- 9th Grade Convocation is Thursday,
August 7th at 7 PM. You should receive a letter in the mail
indicating the student's guided study placement and room number.
We ask that you arrive early and be in the guided study classroom by
7:00 PM. You may pick up a school map as you enter the foyer
of the gym. If you did not receive a letter, please stop by
the tables in the foyer of the gym to pick up your placement card
and school map.
- Once in the guided study classroom,
you will view a short presentation, receive your class schedule and
other important information. You may also join PTSA, purchase
a locker and yearbook, and pay any contributions at this time.
- Upon dismissal from the guided study
classroom, we invite you to "walk" your child's schedule where you
will have the opportunity to meet some of your child's teachers and
obtain supply information. Upon completion of your walk, we
ask that you visit the Clubs and Activities Fair in the cafeteria.
Here you can find information about the various activities that the
student may become involved in at Parkview and there will also be
opportunities for purchasing Parkview spirit wear!!
