Welcome to Parkview's TSA website. Over the past few years our chapter has begun to make a name for itself in our school, community, and state. Parkview is known for its competitiveness and school spirit. We are excited about the upcoming 2008-2009 school year filled with plenty of activities and trips for TSA students at Parkview to get involved at their school. We are hoping to have another strong membership drive with recruitment of over 200 students as we did this past 2007-2008 school year.

I, as 2008-2009 president of our local chapter, look forward to seeing our old friends and meeting new ones. I hope you will gain some great experiences this upcoming year in TSA while having fun! We have a fantastic officer team to help serve our Parkview students. On behalf of our 2008-2009 officer team, I wish each one of you a safe summer and look forward to seeing you all as you make the right choice to join TSA next fall.

CTSO Legislative Day:

On February 13th 2008, the Parkview TSA officers enjoyed the opportunity of meeting Georgia's Governor Sonny Purdue, and many other state government representatives. The CTSO legislative breakfast served as a great start to spending our day at the capitol. Parkview TSA is very grateful to have been present at this special occasion.

Announcements & Reminders:

Attention all TSA students: There will be a general meeting that all TSA students are invited to attend on Tuesday March 18th @ 2:20. Officer forms for the 2008-2009 school year will be available.  Leadership development forms will be available for those Seniors who are interested in the TSA Honor Cords.  Certificates, pins, and awards will be given out to the students that placed at the 2008 State Conference in Athens. National Conference information and sign-ups will be addressed.  End of year activities/socials will be covered as well.  Refreshments will be served!!!

Congratulations to the Parkview TSA Chapter for a successful 2008 State Conference as the students from Parkview placed an impressive 4th overall as Outstanding Chapter in the State.
