Policies and Procedures
CLASSROOM RULES:
You are a young adult and are
expected to be responsible for yourself and your behavior. Be RESPECTFUL to your classmates and
me. Responsibility and respect cover all
the usual classroom rules…no food, sleeping, grooming, profanity, or hats
etc.
In addition to these rules:
Students are not to
get up while the teacher is talking and are to remain in their seat until the
bell. This includes sharpening pencils,
depositing trash etc. before the bell rings.
Students are to come
prepared to class everyday. This
includes bringing a (1) textbook, (2) notebook with paper, (3) calculator, (4)
workbook, (5) graph paper and (6) pencil.
All
students deserve an opportunity to learn in an attentive, educational
environment; therefore, disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
No
complaining during class time. You are
encouraged to come to me with any concerns before or after class. I would like for you to feel comfortable
coming to me with your concerns, but class time is not the proper forum.
